To secure a date for your event, production, or any occasion, a 50% advance payment of the total cost is required.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before your event date. If you cancel later than this, 50% of your advance payment may be non-refundable.

Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be settled on the day of the event.
Photo Editing Turnaround

Photo Editing Turnaround
We typically take 2-3 working days to deliver edited photos for any occasion.

Video Editing Turnaround
Our standard turnaround time for edited videos of any occasion is 7-10 working days.

Revisions
You are entitled to one round of revisions on the final product. Any additional revisions are subject to an additional charge.

Additional Revisions
All other revisions beyond the initial one-time revision will incur a considerable fee.

Expedited Delivery
For one-day photo delivery services, an extra fee will be charged.

Liability
We do not accept any responsibility for your products or services 60 days after your event.

Location Reservations
All payments related to location reservations are the responsibility of the customer.
